The hotel is ideally located only a few minutes walk from the popular family beach at Lusty Glaze. With award-winning Porth Beach a few yards further along the coast, it's the ideal base for a relaxing holiday.
The Three Tees is a long-established family-run hotel, offering a friendly and informal atmosphere, a real home from home. The South West Coastal path runs along the headland behind the hotel, and a short walk across the Iron-Age Barrowfields brings you into Newquay town centre. Tolcarne, Great Western and Towan beaches stretch towards the picturesque harbour, while the famous surfing beach of Fistral is situated at the end of town.
The Three Tees is a non-smoking establishment.

By Road:
- From the A30, take the A392 signposted Newquay.
- At Quintrell Downs roundabout, take the right-hand turn (A3058), signposted Porth.
- At the double roundabout following the BP Garage, go straight over and take the 3rd turning on your right.
- You'll see the Three Tees Hotel straight ahead.
By Train/ Coach:
The hotel is less than a 5-minute ride by taxi from either station.
By Air:
The hotel is about 6 miles from the airport, 10-15 minutes drive, 8-10 minutes by cab.
By Foot:
Exit the train station onto the main road and turn right into Cliff Road with Great Western Hotel on your left. Keep going for around 10 minutes, staying on the right-hand side of the road. After Pippas Restaurant, cross the road at the pedestrian crossing opposite the shops and keep going in the same direction. Take the next left and you'll see us straight ahead.
